Prime Minister Narendra Modi completed two years in office on May 26th...As it should happen in any vibrant democracy, he received his share of appreciation as well as criticisms...There is no denying the fact that we Indians, have a very strong element of emotion in our decision making process...We either love a politician or despise them...Most of his appreciation and criticism was not based on an objective and pragmatic analysis...There are many blind followers of BJP who do not see anything bad in him and there are many Modi haters who do not see anything good in him...This kind of extremism is not good for our country...Even though I endorsed Narendra Modi way back in 2011 to be India's next PM,

I disagree with him on a lot of issues...I disagreed with his style of campaigning in Bihar, I disagree with him when he says that India needs a Congress Mukt Bharat etc...This is not his decision...If the people want the Congress to be back in power, it should be back in power...His focus should be to concentrate on doing positive things which would marginalise the chances of Congress coming back to power...He should act as the PM of the largest democracy in the world and not just as a BJP man...There are many defunct politicians who ask for his report card for two years...These same people never asked the Congress party for their report for many, many decades...I do not care for Narendra Modi or BJP or Sonia Gandhi or Congress or any other politician or any other political party...I only care for India and whenever any politician or any political party shows the promise of working for the good of the country, I would support them with all my heart...We should look at the macro picture of what is good for the country and stop concentrating on micro partisan politics...May God bless India!
